Thanks to all who have already filled out their surveys!! The survey will be open for two weeks for people to complete. If you have forwarded the link on to parents, volunteers, and youth in your congregation, you may want to send them a reminder to ensure they have completed the survey. For those who have taken the survey we are offering a free webinar where the first round of results will be shared.

So, how come I’m registered and gotten all the e-mails, but have not gotten the survey?

The same thing happened to me! I signed up recently and started getting emails, but no survey. I have used the Contact Us link as suggested to re-request a survey. Can the deadline be extended since this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue?

I heard from Anna Sorenson, Jake’s wife, that you want more surveys from confirmation students and are offering gift card as an incentive. I emailed the original survey request to my students but have no idea how many actually completed the survey.
Since students bring their school issued IPads to confirmation class, I could ask them to complete the survey next week, December 10, if you are still accepting surveys. Let me know what you want me to do.

Mark, that is exactly correct, students who fill out the survey will be sent a gift card as a thank you for their participation. We would love to have your students complete the survey, they can simply access it from the same link that you had been sent originally. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help!
