UMC Research Team
Meet Joy Joy Arroyo is a PhD candidate at Princeton Theological Seminary in Education and Formation. Her research focuses on the transition to motherhood, spirituality, and church involvement. She is ordained in the Wesleyan Church, but has been attending UMC churches for the past two years as her husband is a UMC pastor. She currently lives in Hightstown, NJ with her husband, Sammy, and son, Gabriel. She enjoys coffee, creative writing, and teaching.
